From the book “Life is…” by Saran P King
I’ve come to realize that my happiest of moments are not when I’m with family or friends.
It’s not when I receive gifts or even when there is a grand event.
My happiest of moments are when I’m by myself, just me and my thought.
The thumping of my heart.
Me, myself and I, alone in a quiet space where I can drown in the mists of my own thoughts.
I can dream the impossible and in my world the most magical of things happen.
Me and my thoughts connect with my breath,
In sync with my pulse and sore with my spirit,
Surrounded by the most divine of higher power.
I am able to appreciate every emotion and every feeling.
I become one, in body, mind and soul.
